The Nitto ATP Finals tennis’s grand final returns to the 02 Arena this November between the 12th to the 19th for a week long tournament to determine who is the best tennis player in the World.
This is year’s finals will be interesting for the notable absences of Novak Djokocic and most likely Andy Murray both through injury. However the crowds will be in for a real treat with the return from injury of Rafael Nadal who this year has won the Monte-Carlo Masters and the French Open and Roger Federer who started the season by winning the Australian Open and then became the eight time Wimbledon Champion in the summer.
Qualification to the ATP Finals is made up of the top eight players from the Men’s ATP Tour throughout the season. Players make it into this elite group by gaining points from the tournaments they attend throughout the year.
At the ATP Finals themselves the top eight players are split into two separate groups of four players who play each other in their respective group to determine who goes on to the next rounds of the tournament. So if you or your friends are going to attend the Nitto ATP Finals there is a good chance to see your favourite player more than once over the week.
